We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Solution Sales Consultant to help sell our RPO/Managed Services.

We help smart businesses hire brilliant, inspirational talent through innovative recruitment methods. With a focus on quality and innovation it’s our unique offering and USPs that spike customer interest but it’s our great customer service and product delivery which keeps the likes of McCann Worldwide, Investors in People and CBS (amongst many others, big and small) loyal customers.
Joining as our Recruitment Solution Sales Consultant you will be the driving force behind organic growth as we expand through 2020 and beyond. With sales and business development currently managed by the Directors, we need a sales professional looking to join a seat at the top table to input ideas, take over key accounts, nurture key prospects and close business.
To qualify... You should be an ambitious, dedicated and sales hungry Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Sales Executive or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
- A proven track record within a recruitment environment;
- Closing skills;
- Rapport building skills (you should be able to convert prospects into friends);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- You are hardworking;
- Ambition (Your goal should be to become our Sales Director);
- A great attitude.
In return: The Recruitment Solution Sales Consultant will receive:
Competitive basic salary (£30-40k – DOE)
Uncapped commission (Realistic £80k Y1 OTE)
Bonuses and equity (Based on success)
