Due to ongoing expansion we are now seeking an In House Recruiter / Recruitment Manager to join the team.
Joining as an Internal Recruiter / Recruitment Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of the business, liaising closely with clients to ensure our online recruitment campaigns run smoothly and to great effect. Applying copy-writing, filtering, searching and social media techniques you will correctly identify the right types of people for the vacancies we promote. Expect a busy, varied and innovative talent attraction role where you’ll get the opportunity to help some amazing clients find brilliant candidates.
To qualify... You should be a bright, highly organised and social savvy Recruiter (Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant, Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Attraction Specialist, Internal Recruiter, Internal Recruiter etc.) who can demonstrate....
- A desire to work in recruitment management / delivery role;
- Great communication skills. You should be confident liaising with clients, candidates and internal teams;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- High level of competence with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet as a research tool;
- Be able to work off your own initiative and want to contribute ideas;
- A great attitude;
- A native command of written and spoken English.
