We’re seeking a hands-on sales professional (Sales AD / Business Development Manager or similar) to drive growth within Guru – an innovative talent attraction business based in Kent. Combining expert commercial, negotiation and creative sales skills you’ll be the driving factor as we expand through 2018 and beyond.

With huge amounts of opportunity on offer (expect large data pools, inbound leads and an extensive existing client list) the role of the Sales Account Director / Business Development Manager is to drive organic growth via a proactive, friendly and solution driven approach to selling.

You should be a Sales Account Director, Business Development Manager, Senior Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, or similar, with a CV that demonstrates:
- A track record within a B2B or Advertising sales environment;
- A little black book of clients and contacts;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- The ability to build rapport with clients;
- Resilience under pressure;
- A savviness towards tech (Word, Outlook, CRM Systems etc.);
- The ability to work off your own initiative and the desire to contribute ideas;
- A great attitude.
